All services are provided on a project basis, monthly retainer basis, or as agreed in a written quotation, proposal, or agreement.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and services, you confirm that:

3. Client Responsibilities

When you work with Satz Marketing Agency, you agree to:

  • Approve creatives, content, or strategy within a reasonable time

  • Make payments on time as per the agreed timeline

  • Ensure your business, product, or service is legal and compliant with government regulations

Satz Marketing Agency is not responsible for delays or results affected due to:

  • Late approvals

  • Incorrect information

  • Restricted platforms

  • Government/regulatory limitations

  • Industry-specific rules (e.g., real estate, finance, health, crypto, etc.)

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Payment Terms

  • All project and service payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Advertising budget (Facebook / Google / YouTube / etc.) is separate from our service charges.

  • Delay in payment may lead to pause or termination of services.

Refund Policy

  • Once work has started, no full refund will be provided.

  • For monthly services, if you stop in the middle of the month, no partial refund will be issued.

  • Refunds (if any) are processed only in exceptional cases at the discretion of Satz Marketing Agency.

5. Advertising & Results Disclaimer

Satz Marketing Agency does NOT guarantee:

  • A specific number of leads, customers, sales, or revenue

  • 1st position in Google or any platform

  • Viral success, guaranteed growth, or specific ad performance

Marketing performance depends on many factors including:

  • Market demand

  • Budget allocation

  • Competition

  • Product quality

  • Website performance

  • Customer interaction

  • Industry trends

  • Platform algorithm changes

We will always work professionally and strategically, but results cannot be guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, images, videos, ad creatives, copy, strategies, and materials created by Satz Marketing Agency are our intellectual property until full payment is completed.

After full payment:

  • You are allowed to use them for your business only

  • You cannot resell, redistribute, or modify them for other clients or agencies

  • You cannot claim our work as “white-label” without written consent

Our website logo, brand name, content and design are strictly protected under copyright laws.

7. Website Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy content from our website

  • Steal designs or blog content

  • Hack, attempt to hack, or harm the website

  • Use our website for illegal activities

  • Send spam, malware, or threats

Violators may be legally prosecuted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Satz Marketing Agency is not responsible for:

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service.

Satz Marketing Agency has no control over their policies, server issues, downtime, or rule changes.

You agree that using our services includes accepting the risks of these third-party platforms.

10. Confidentiality

All client data, strategies, and account details shared with us will be kept confidential. We will not sell or share your private information with anyone unless required by law or permitted by you.

You also agree not to share:

  • Our strategies

  • Pricing methods

  • Internal discussions

  • Confidential documents

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if you:

  • Violate any terms

  • Abuse or threaten our team

  • Do illegal or unethical activity

  • Don’t pay dues

  • Misuse our work or brand

Clients can terminate service with 7 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India / Tamil Nadu. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the courts of Chennai only.
